Delivery and Returns
Some of our products are in stock and can be dispatched to you in two days. Other products are made to order and come in with our monthly shipment from the factory.
The next shipment will arrive on: 11 March 2013
All orders placed up to ten days before the shipment arrives will come with that shipment and will then be dispatched to you in two days.
So the delivery date for your item will depend on where in this cycle you have placed your order. It can be very short or slightly longer, but we aim to deliver all furniture within 25 working days from the receipt of your order.
Garden gazebos and bespoke items may take up to 6 weeks to deliver.
In the unlikely event that for any reason there is a delay in delivery, we will notify you. We do not accept liability for any delay in delivery, howsoever caused.
After placing your order with us, you will receive an order acknowledgement email detailing the products you have ordered, and a further confirmation email.
You will then be notified when the shipment comes in and your order is dispatched, and again one day before the delivery date. Sometimes we are able to get an estimated time slot of delivery in the morning of the day of delivery; we will text you this number if you provided your mobile number with your order.
We currently deliver to the GB mainland only. For delivery to other UK postcodes, we can offer a delivery to an alternative nominated mainland GB address, for example a port, whilst the onward shipping from that point is the responsibility of the customer.
You are also welcome to collect your order from our warehouse in Ford, Arundel instead if you so wish - please contact us for the address.
Our deliveries are carried out using reputable delivery companies.

We offer free delivery on all orders over £500. For orders below that, there is a small delivery charge as follows:
All our products come with a guarantee – please see the warranty period marked at each product page, depending on the surface finish of each product. Damaged goods will be replaced free of charge within this period.
We hope you'll be pleased with your purchase. If you should change your mind, and wish to return one of our products, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or on 020 8144 6621. We accept returns for whatever reason within ten working days as long as the product is in a new, re-saleable condition, unused and in the original packaging.
We will offer a full refund minus the cost of carriage for both delivery and collection. Alternatively, you can arrange to return the goods yourself to our distribution depot at your own cost - please contact us for its address.
We aim to proceed refunds immediately after we inspect the returned goods (3-4 days) but it may sometimes take longer as it also depends on the bank. Refunds will be issued to the same card that was used for payment. We reserve the right to withhold all or part of your refund if items are returned damaged.
You can cancel your order for any reason up to the point of despatch, by emailing us at email@example.com. The payment will be refunded within 28 days. This is with the exception of any items that were customised especially for you outside our online options.
We are a UK registered company, subject to UK consumer law, so shopping with us is completely safe.
